This WhatsApp + Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling n8n Workflow receives messages through the WhatsApp Cloud API, offers available time slots from your Google Calendar, creates the appointment when the user selects a slot, and sends confirmations plus 24-hour reminders back to WhatsApp.

What this workflow does

• Receives WhatsApp messages using a WhatsApp Cloud API webhook.
• Normalizes and understands intent: it detects whether the user wants to schedule, cancel, or reschedule based on keywords.
• Checks Google Calendar for upcoming events and calculates up to five free 30-minute slots on business days between 09:00 and 18:00.
• Sends available slots to WhatsApp via the Meta Graph API, asking the user to reply with the slot number.
• Creates a Google Calendar event for the selected start and end time.
• Confirms the appointment to the user in WhatsApp.
• Automates reminders: runs every hour to find events starting in about 24 hours and sends WhatsApp reminder messages via the Meta Graph API.
