This n8n workflow receives incoming WhatsApp messages from Evolution API, saves and deduplicates leads in Google Sheets, and automatically alerts your team in Telegram when a message is actionable—using keyword rules and Google Gemini AI lead classification.

What this workflow does

• Receives WhatsApp events via webhook by handling a POST webhook call from Evolution API for each incoming WhatsApp message.
• Normalizes message data to extract contact details, message text, and optional latitude/longitude.
• Skips non-relevant chats by ignoring group/broadcast chats and messages sent by the connected WhatsApp account.
• Deduplicates by WhatsApp message ID using n8n workflow static data, logging skipped duplicates for clean operations.
• Upserts into Google Sheets by writing/updating each contact in the Leads worksheet using the contact identifier as the match key, including the latest message details.
• Detects location pins / map links and sends a Telegram alert containing the Google Maps URL and message context.
• Routes actionable leads intelligently with:
  • Keyword rules to immediately alert Telegram for direct visit/measurement/contract-style signals and ignore non-actionable greetings or price-only messages.
  • Google Gemini AI classification to qualify relevant inquiries via a JSON-based response. Telegram is alerted only for AI-qualified hot leads; otherwise results are logged or handled conservatively via fallback keyword logic.
