It uses Google Sheets for business knowledge, logs validated actions in PostgreSQL, and supports Telegram administrator approvals for safer operations.

What this workflow does

• Receives and normalizes messages from WhatsApp Business Cloud API and Telegram (or starts with a manual sample event for testing), including text and attachment metadata.
• Loads the configured business profile, identifies trusted suppliers, and prevents duplicate event processing using PostgreSQL.
• Handles administrator approvals by recognizing Telegram approval/rejection commands and processing pending proposals accordingly.
• Retrieves knowledge and context from Google Sheets and recent conversation history from PostgreSQL.
• Orchestrates six OpenAI agents through a central orchestrator: Sales & Leads, Supplier & Products, Inventory, Invoices, Appointments, and Customer Support.
• Validates proposed actions based on enabled agents, sender roles, permitted operations, and required data—then records validated outcomes in PostgreSQL.
