Stop losing WhatsApp inquiries. This n8n workflow captures each inbound WhatsApp message, saves the sender as a structured lead row in Google Sheets, and immediately sends a Hebrew confirmation message back to the sender—so no lead sits unanswered on your phone.

What this workflow does

• Receives inbound WhatsApp messages via a webhook from WAHA or the WhatsApp Cloud API (both payload shapes are handled).
• Filters out irrelevant messages on purpose, including group chats and your own outgoing messages.
• Uses a Code node to extract the sender name and message text, and normalizes the phone number to E.164 format (default prefix +972, easily changed).
• Appends a lead row to your Google Sheet with: Timestamp | Name | Phone | Message | Source.
• Sends an instant auto-reply in Hebrew back to the sender within seconds (the text is fully editable).

• Security setup: adds Header Auth using X-Api-Key for your WAHA API key.
