The WooCommerce Order Risk Monitor with Google Sheets & Gmail Alerts workflow detects WooCommerce orders that may require manual review. It scores risk signals, logs every order to Google Sheets, creates review “Risk Cases” for medium/high-risk orders, and immediately notifies admins via Gmail.

What this workflow does

• Receives WooCommerce order events (order created/updated) through a webhook endpoint.
• Normalizes and evaluates the order to calculate a risk score, risk level, reasons, and a review deadline based on signals such as order value, address mismatch, payment status/method, missing contact details, quantity, and watchlist countries.
• Logs every order to the Google Sheets tab “Order Log” (including the computed risk results).
• Detects when manual review is needed: if the order is medium or high risk, the workflow records a new row in the “Risk Cases” tab.
• Sends an admin email alert via Gmail with the detailed order risk information.
• Returns webhook JSON responses: normal orders return a response indicating they were logged with no review needed; risky orders return a response indicating a manual review case was created.
