WooCommerce Telegram AI Store Assistant (n8n) + Order Digests

This n8n workflow lets you manage a WooCommerce ebook store through a Telegram bot powered by OpenRouter AI. It verifies who can chat, lets the AI fetch/update WooCommerce orders and products, logs everything to Google Sheets, and sends daily 09:00 order digests via Telegram and email.

What this workflow does

• Telegram chat access control: When the store owner sends a message, the workflow looks up the sender’s Telegram chat ID in a Google Sheets “Allowed Users” allowlist. Unapproved users are refused access.
• OpenRouter-powered AI assistant with per-chat memory: For approved chats, the message is sent to an OpenRouter AI agent that can maintain context for that chat.
• WooCommerce actions: The agent can fetch WooCommerce orders, browse and update WooCommerce products, and append/update an order archive in Google Sheets based on the owner’s requests.
• Customer email sending via Gmail: The agent can send customer emails (e.g., for order-related follow-ups) using Gmail based on the owner’s instructions.
• Alerts and fallbacks: The agent’s reply is sent back to the owner in Telegram. If the agent returns no response, an admin is alerted in Telegram.
• Daily 09:00 order digests: Every day at 09:00, the workflow fetches WooCommerce orders, builds a 24-hour digest (order count, revenue, and a short list of latest orders), then sends it to the admin via Telegram and email.
• Digest logging: Each digest run (status, revenue, run date, and order count) is recorded in the Google Sheets “Digest Log” sheet, with Telegram alerts if the digest step fails.
