What this workflow does

• Receives a POST webhook with url (and optionally transcript) to start the process.
• Extracts and validates the YouTube video ID from the submitted URL.
• Fetches the transcript from youtubetranscript.com or uses the transcript text provided in the webhook payload.
• Uses OpenAI Chat Completions to generate, as strict JSON:

  • four newsletter sections

  • an X thread

• Parses and normalizes the response into structured fields and composes a formatted newsletter in Markdown.
• Responds to the webhook with a JSON payload containing both the structured outputs and the ready-to-publish Markdown.
