It fetches Zelnum’s realtime catalog, requests a non-billable quote for the selected product(s), and only performs the billable realtime check when billing is explicitly enabled—returning clear per-product verdicts and spending details.

What this workflow does

• Fetches Zelnum’s current realtime product catalog to confirm product IDs exist and match the chosen series (phone vs. email).
• Validates inputs including the identifier format, country (for phone), product selection, and billing controls.
• Requests a non-billable quote from Zelnum’s realtime quote endpoint and checks quote total and expiry.
• If billing is not enabled, returns a quote-only pricing preview (no charge).
• If billing is enabled and within the configured max USDT limit, submits the billable realtime check using an idempotency key and the quote token.
• Parses Zelnum’s response into CRM-friendly output, including overall verification_state, per-product verdicts (valid/invalid/unknown), and billing status.
