What this workflow does

• Schedules or starts via form submission: Run daily or trigger through an n8n form where you enter a target location.
• Discovers Zillow listings via Bright Data: Starts a Bright Data Zillow discovery dataset using your configured market filters and polls until the snapshot is ready (or times out).
• Cleans and filters results: Downloads discovered listings, removes failed crawl rows and out-of-scope results (e.g., above max price or below minimum beds).
• Builds benchmarks with comparable sales: Extracts comparable-sales data and computes a local benchmark $ / sqft (median comparable sales).
• Detects price cuts: Analyzes each listing’s price history for explicit “Price change” events and also flags relists at a lower price.
• Scores and keeps only top listings: Computes discount/save-rate signals and a combined score, then retains only qualifying results.
• Uses OpenAI for a structured verdict: With GPT-5.6, generates a structured verdict, reason, and “watch-out” note per selected listing.
• Publishes results: Appends final rows to Google Sheets and posts a formatted digest to a Slack channel.
