This n8n workflow automatically polls Zoho Community announcement topics and posts new items to a chosen Zoho Cliq channel via an authenticated bot. It uses n8n Data Tables to track per-category subscriptions and the last time each category was checked—so you only share what’s new.

What this workflow does

• Runs on a schedule to start the announcement polling cycle.
• Loads configuration for the Zoho Cliq channel endpoint and bot API name, then fetches the required Zoho Community portalId from help.zoho.com.
• Reads subscribed categories from an n8n Data Table and loops through each category with announcements enabled (“sub control”).
• Tracks last-seen timestamps per category using a second n8n Data Table.
• Requests latest announcement topics from the Zoho Community API for each category.
• Filters results to only topics created after the stored last check time (or the last 24 hours if no record exists).
• Posts to Zoho Cliq via an authenticated HTTP request, including the subject, link, content snippet, and author.
• Updates the stored last check time after successfully processing each category.
